1. General Terms & Conditions of Use
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from wellness111.com or amwelltechnologies.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, registered customers, affiliates, and partners.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Amwell Technologies has delivered products to over 126 countries for more than 15 years. Orders in stock typically dispatch within 2 to 3 business days following payment authorization.
US & Canada
Shipped via USPS Express or Registered Mail from California fulfillment facilities.
Asia, Europe & Australasia
Dispatched from Singapore via International Express Courier or Registered Post.
Africa & Middle East
Fulfillments managed from regional hubs via express international courier and postal post.
Customs & Duties: Local import duties, taxes, or clearance fees at destination countries are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please verify local regulations for nutritional supplements before placing bulk orders.
Tracking: Tracking numbers are emailed automatically upon dispatch and updated in your order history.
3. 30-Day Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our primary priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products and original manufacturer packaging must be in new, resaleable condition.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested prior to returning package.
- Package must contain a copy of original purchase receipt or invoice.
- Claims for damaged or missing items upon initial delivery must be reported within 3 business days of package arrival.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (excluding initial shipping charges). Non-compliant returns or missing items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or refusal.
4. Standard Affiliate Program & Referral Commissions
Amwell Technologies offers a straightforward Standard Affiliate Program for wellness practitioners, creators, website owners, and customers who recommend our products through unique referral tracking links.
Direct Referral Commissions
Earn performance-based affiliate commissions on verified completed purchases generated via your unique affiliate referral link or code. Commissions are calculated on net product sale price (excluding shipping and taxes).
Transparent Payouts
Affiliate earnings are tracked via your dedicated affiliate portal dashboard. Payouts are remitted on a monthly schedule following a standard 30-day return validation window.
Affiliate Conduct & Compliance:
- Affiliates must accurately represent product features and use official marketing assets provided by wellness111.com and amwelltechnologies.com.
- Unsolicited email marketing (spamming), unauthorized coupon scraping, or deceptive ad practices are strictly prohibited and result in immediate termination of affiliate account.
- Affiliates operate strictly as independent contractors and non-exclusive referral promoters.
